TWO IMPORTANT HOLIDAY ANNOUNCEMENTS

First, there will be a holiday party at the Westside Club on Tuesday, December 24th, from 12 noon to 3 PM. Food and (non-alcoholic, obviously!) beverages will be served.  All are welcome! Spread the word to your friends who attend meetings at Westside and are looking for Sober Celebration Fun.

Any dishes you would like to bring would be appreciated.

Anyone wishes to help out with set up, clean up and service from 11 a.m. to 4 pm on 12/24 please drop a note to attitudeactiongroup@gmail.com, the meeting that is graciously hosting the party for the community.

Hope to see as many of you as possible there—everyone from the local AA community is invited, so this is also an opportunity to connect with old friends, and make new ones, from other clubs and meetings.

Second, on Christmas Day (Wednesday, 12/25) at 10:30 AM, we will be holding an open AA meeting at Westside. So if you’re looking for a meeting amidst the holiday festivities, or just an excuse to get away from family briefly and bond with folks in the recovery community, or could use some socializing at what can be a lonely time of year, here’s a great opportunity.

Hope to see as many of you as possible at both the party and the meeting.
